HOW OUR PURCHASE PROCESS WORKS

From first conversation
to a clear decision.

We buy eligible manufactured homes directly from homeowners. Our purchasing team explains the offer, arranges an inspection and reviews title and park matters before a purchase is completed.

    Tell us about the home

Start with its location, approximate year and condition. You do not need every document or answer ready. We’ll discuss your situation and whether the home fits our buying criteria.

  2. 02

    Review an offer

An agent may discuss a preliminary figure. An in-person inspection and review of the title, park requirements and outstanding balances come before a firm offer. Review the written price, costs and amount you would receive.

  3. 03

    Choose your next step

Ask questions and decide whether the offer works for you. There is no obligation to accept. If you proceed, agree on the timing and document the ownership transfer, payoffs and possession arrangements in writing.

Before you agree to sell

Ask for the final amount you will receive, which balances will be paid from proceeds, when possession changes, and exactly what paperwork is required. Any time you may remain in the home after a sale must be set out in writing, including park approval where applicable.

We currently focus on manufactured homes built in 1993 or later in communities or eligible situations where the home must be moved. We do not buy home-and-land packages through this program.
