SELL YOUR HOME · REAL SITUATIONS

Your mobile home needs work. What now?

We can consider eligible manufactured homes in as-is condition. You do not need to renovate before asking us to review your home, although its condition affects what we can offer.

WHAT MATTERS

Four things to review.

You can start with partial information. Each home and situation is reviewed individually.

01

Year and home type

We focus on 1993-or-newer manufactured homes. Tell us whether the home is single-section, double-section or another configuration.

02

Visible condition

Roof, floors, heating, plumbing, water damage and interior condition help the team understand repair needs.

03

Community or relocation

A park location, removal requirement or transport limitation may affect the evaluation.

04

Inspection and final number

A phone conversation may produce an initial estimate; a final offer depends on the actual home inspection and verification.

THE OFFER PROCESS

What happens after you call?

Our purchasing agent first discusses the home, location, title, condition and your goals. If the home looks eligible, the team can arrange an in-person review. A preliminary number may change after inspection or verification of outstanding obligations.

An as-is offer is not a promise to buy every home. Leave personal belongings out of photos and discuss removal expectations before signing.
